Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Current SLP Certification and eligibility for licensure in North Dakota
• Previous experience in a school setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to students with various communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
