Key Responsibilities Lead a team that covers the areas of shipping/receiving and picking/packing/put-away Responsible for training, coaching, planning and assigning daily work, ensuring safety rules and other policies/procedures are adhered to, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems and identifying warehouse system improvements Maintain warehouse by keeping floor space organized, adhere to warehouse design principles, and recommend improvement opportunities Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, handling preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs Stay up to date with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Promote and uphold Richelieus set of Core Values Perform any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor Position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals What We Are Looking For Experience in a similar management position Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, logistics, forklift operation, and warehouse management Key Performance Indicator (KPI) oriented, well organized Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience Compensation and Benefits Competitive market-based pay rate Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching 401(K) with employer matching Paid vacation and holidays Corporate discount program Workplace Wellness program We are an equal opportunity employer.
