Service Advisor

Service AdvisorA&L RV Sales is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.What You'll Do:Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customersSuggest add-on sales to increase average transactionsProvide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointmentsKeep customers apprised of work progressWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:A minimum of one year of service experience is preferredPrevious RV product or camping lifestyleAbility to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as neededExcellent organization and follow up skills are requiredThe ability to follow department procedures and policiesValid driver's license preferredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
