About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services to provide professional leadership and direction for nursing and midwifery services. The successful candidate will be the single point of accountability for the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care that meets professional practice standards. This role also involves the operational management of nurse education and simulation teams. The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing and midwifery services are in line with the company's strategic goals and will play a key role in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a relevant nursing or midwifery degree and be registered with the appropriate regulatory body. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills, capable of fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in the delivery of care. Experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting is essential, as is a proven track record in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
