Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home programs, and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements during all therapy activities.
