Senior Product Manager – Security & Electronic Systems (SES) We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) Business Unit. In this role you will design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain electronic security services—including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio‑visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems—for federal, local and commercial customers. Responsibilities Maintain system documentation and maintenance records, generating weekly and/or monthly status reports. Spend 4 to 6 hours per week staying current on industry trends and available products and services. Perform staging and setup as needed for project support and self‑instruction. Work closely with Systems Engineers to install and configure networks based on an Installation Design Package (IDP) that satisfy the customer's needs. Research equipment from a variety of manufacturers to resolve technical issues during installation and testing. Collaborate with the Design Department to identify and correct design problems during the design cycle. Suggest process improvements and cost‑saving ideas to aid the Implementation Department for future installs. Provide systems support for a large‑scale, high‑performance computing center, including installation and management of computer systems, workstations, operating systems, peripherals, and system interfaces; monitor usage and evaluate performance against defined goals; develop and maintain systems documentation. Provide designs for automation systems, including a list of quantities and material types; create user guidelines and manuals for custom programs and applications. Clearance/Citizen Type Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may need to be U.S. citizens to access classified information. Ability to obtain a security clearance is required. Education Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, with 7+ years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity providing SE services for physical security systems and IT solutions. Desired Skills Strong oral, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. Strong time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
