Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' unique mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals presenting with low-acuity mental health conditions. All clients are prescreened for stability, enabling you to focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions without the pressure of crisis management. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An independent clinical license from the state of California, with acceptable credentials including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficiency in making clinical assessments and crafting treatment plans based on thorough evaluations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a strong pay structure, our benefits package includes:
