The Clinician I, works as part of the NRVCS Drug Court program, collaborating with local courts and criminal justice partners to deliver care to high risk, high need individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The Clinician provides counseling, crisis intervention, assessment, Individual Service Plan (ISP) development, psychoeducation, and referrals to consumers and their family/caregivers. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, families and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other community agencies and resources as needed to ensure quality services. Salary:

**$3,000 Sign on Bonus**

Clinician I

Starting Salary: $46,706--Depending on Experience

Clinician II

Starting Salary: $56,518--Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Required:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other license-eligible human services field is required.

Required to register and become licensed-eligible within 6 months of hire, with the Virginia Board of Counseling or Social Work.

At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, preferred.
