Marketing Coordinator

Description A motivated project champion for label development, item management, and brand sales support activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - You effectively communicate with private brand customer labeling contacts and efficiently navigate product development processes and systems - You critically review label design, proofread and note compliance issues; manage execution of labeling feedback and complete project next steps without errors or omissions - You oversee and manage label production processes with label and corrugate suppliers. You critically review proof material for accuracy and report production issues immediately - You manage consumer facing content and image assets for retailer sites and apps for branded items; perform regular listing audits across owned and all 3P channels; correct and/or report issues for resolution - You manage tradeshow assets, repairs and production of materials; participate in brand tradeshow prep activities - You coordinate brand collateral development and merchandise/non-honey item production - You support brand sales with activities related to item set up, promotions and broker activity management Requirements TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED: - You are digitally savvy and eager to learn - You are a great proofreader and extremely critical of your communications and work output - You are a superb organizer, master of details and project manager - You are a great multitasker and can jump from task to task or project to project without letting anything fall through the cracks - You are eager for feedback, a team player and willing to pitch in wherever needed
