COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for General Dentistry (DDS, DMD)

• Guaranteed annual salary of up to $225,000 based on experience
• Signing bonus of $30,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including a 5% retirement match, a $4,500 allowance for continuing medical education (CME), and a generous paid time off (PTO) policy
• Qualified site for federal school loan assistance program, offering up to $50,000 for every two years of service

• Newly established facility with a full support team including dental assistants (DAs) and registered dental hygienists (RDHs)
• Option for a 4-day work week
• FQHC environment with multiple location choices

• Various clinic locations available near Lacrosse, WI, a mid-sized community with a population of 60,000
• Less than a 2-hour drive to the state capital, Madison, WI
