This role offers hands‑on clinical experience that strengthens your foundation for future PT or OT school, giving you direct exposure to patient care, functional exercise, and the day‑to‑day flow of an outpatient clinic. We believe our techs are the next generation of therapists, and we’re passionate about mentoring them as they prepare for PT or OT school.ResponsibilitiesAssist PTs and OTs with patient care under supervisionGuide patients through exercisesPrepare and clean treatment areas and equipmentMaintain clinic organization, supplies, and laundrySupport front desk tasks as neededContribute to a positive, team‑oriented environmentParticipate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
