Base range: $150k to $225k (DOE) + structured performance-based bonuses — up to $300k total comp Quarterly bonus cadence — billable hours, originations, and collections Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, sick, and paid holidays Fully remote — must live in CA Job Details Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney Handle trust and probate administration matters Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters Looking For: California Bar admission — must be CA-based Recent trusts and estates experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them: High Net Worth Estate Planning Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts GRATs, QTIPs, Marital Trusts Estate and Gift Tax Planning Business Succession Planning Powers of Attorney / Advance Directives Interested in hearing more?
