Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Location

Contract | Full-Time | Nights | Onsite | Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Neuro PCU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to department guidelines including weekend, holiday, and float rotation requirements
• Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a Neuro PCU or stepdown environment
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
