Reason for Opening:

The Engineering Team at our client is preparing to launch four new products, each at different stages of the product lifecycle. They are seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to support product design, manage the process from concept to production release, and collaborate effectively with various teams, including Manufacturing, Electrical, and office teams.

Must Haves:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering and 7-10+ Years within Mechanical Design of New Products

Experience managing a product launch from concept to completion

Experienced in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and/or Inventor

Experienced working with multiple teams and navigating networks.

Electromechanical knowledge - Experienced with Sheet Metal and Plastics

Plus Haves:

Experience in MPI, Obsolescence, Packaging, Smart Sheet

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
