• License/Certifications: Georgia medical license or eligibility, board certification in Internal Medicine with Nephrology subspecialty preferred
• Experience: Prior nephrology or internal medicine experience required

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient nephrology consults and patient care
• Manage chronic kidney disease and related conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Comply with all facility protocols and standards
• Participate in quality improvement activities when needed

What You Need

• Valid Georgia medical license or in process
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with nephrology experience preferred
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in nephrology or internal medicine
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills
