Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform triage, emergency assessments, and medication administration.
• Manage critical patients with proficiency in emergency protocols.
• Administer moderate sedation as required.
• Conduct IV insertions, EKGs, and cardiac monitoring.
• Stabilize trauma patients and support a team-oriented approach to care.

Qualifications:

• Required Skills: Proficiency in triage, emergency assessment, and medication administration. Experience in managing critical patients.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of trauma and stroke care. Ability to administer moderate sedation.
• Required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Schedule:

This position requires working rotating weekends, with no on-call responsibilities.
