Chief Intelligence Solution ArchitectWe are seeking an S5 Chief Intelligence Solution Architect to define and integrate the next generation of intelligence systems that power decisions across the Personal Wealth (PW) business and U.S. Direct Investor (USDI) CX domains.This leader will operate within a mature and evolving ecosystem of existing analytic solutions, intelligence products, and digital experiences—aligning and advancing them into a cohesive, scalable intelligence architecture across PW and USDI.The role is accountable for ensuring that analytics, AI, and data capabilities are intentionally designed to feed, enable, and scale digital products that deliver intelligence to business crews, product owners, analysts, clients, and AI agents.Why This Role Matters:Personal Wealth and USDI already have strong analytic capabilities and emerging intelligence products. PW & USDI Intelligence Architecture (Integrate, Not Replace)Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for intelligence systems across PW and USDI, spanning data, analytics, AI/ML, and decision layersRecognize and leverage existing analytic solutions and products, aligning them into a unified ecosystem rather than rebuilding in isolationEstablish standards for semantic consistency, data models, and reusable intelligence components2. Solution Alignment & Ecosystem OrchestrationAct as the architectural integrator across multiple analytic solutions and platforms, ensuring they connect, interoperate, and compound valueAlign roadmaps so that existing and new analytic solutions intentionally produce outputs (signals, insights, predictions) that feed into shared intelligence and digital productsPromote modular, interoperable design patterns to reduce fragmentation3. Digital Product EnablementPartner with digital and product teams to identify, formalize, and scale intelligence-enabled digital productsEnsure analytic and AI systems are architected to directly support digital product delivery, not just offline analysisDesign pipelines and interfaces that enable real-time or near real-time intelligence delivery into products and workflows4. Roadmap Integration & StrategyOwn the integrated architecture roadmap across PW and USDI, aligning:Analytic solution roadmapsPlatform and engineering investmentsDigital product delivery timelinesEnsure investments are coordinated and sequenced to maximize business impact5.
