(USA) Manager, Product Marketing - Sales Marketing

Position Summary...The Manager, Sales Marketing role leads strategic initiatives to equip the VIZIO Media and Entertainment Sales team with compelling narratives, advertising solutions, and experiences that accelerate revenue, deepen advertiser engagement, and strengthen industry presence. This role requires deep knowledge of the M&E landscape including SVOD, AVOD, FAST, MVPD, and theatrical partners. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering priority initiatives, self-service solutions, and bespoke programs based upon market insights to further success. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Platform Marketing, PR/Events, and Walmart Connect, the Manager creates integrated materials and engagement strategies that support business objectives and deliver measurable results.

What you'll do...

The B2B Marketing team supports the VIZIO Sales organization by providing content, solutions, training, and experiences that drive ad revenue growth and strengthen advertiser engagement. This team collaborates closely across regional, product, and category levels to develop client-facing materials and strategic initiatives. Their efforts ensure sellers effectively communicate VIZIO’s market value. The team emphasizes strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and clear business communication to deliver impactful product marketing strategies that enhance industry presence and support business objectives. What you'll do:

• Ownthe development and evolution of multiple VIZIO narratives, ensuring clear, differentiated positioning in the market.
• Work closely with regional sales leaders and individual sellers to provide solutions to proactive and reactive proposals.
• Partner with product marketing to execute compelling sales decks, one-sheets, and pitch materials based upon industry insights and sales feedback.
• Lead and execute pitch toolkit improvement with clear parameters for sales effectiveness.
• Drive client engagement strategies especially within priority agencies and clients, including storytelling frameworks and tailored experiences.
• Develop and manage B2B communications, ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in B2B Sales Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Advertising/Media within the Media and Entertainment vertical.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling sales narratives.
• Experience developing client-facing materials (decks, one sheets, pitch content) that drive business outcomes.
• Demonstrate ability to partner crossfunctionally with sales, product, and external stakeholders to deliver aligned strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to refine messaging and improve effectiveness.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
