Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and measurable outcomes
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
• Coordinate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver safe, patient-centered care
• Delegate and supervise activities of assigned nursing staff across various levels
• Provide health education to patients and families, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, healing environment while employing strategies to promote patient health and wellbeing

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification - Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification - Required
• Minimum two years of recent ICU or relevant clinical experience
• Epic EMR experience - Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility background with experience in a hospital setting
• Experience supervising or directing nursing staff in a fast-paced critical care environment
