Dialysis Registered Nurse

DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. With a commitment to the patients, great work ethic, and high-quality care.

Operational Hours: Monday - Saturday 3:30am-5:00pm (Unable to accommodate scheduling restrictions at this time)

Shift differential for travel, paid mileage

Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility!

We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, willing to travel/float within the region, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Qualifications:

• Dialysis experience preferred, but not required.
• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating
