Earn while you learn. We are looking for a motivated individual to learn all aspects of a fast paced, family owned bakery. Being in business for 33 years, we have a lot of knowledge to share. A flexible schedule is needed as a lot of production happens during non-retail hours. Business knowledge, a strong work ethic and stamina are all necessary.
Prior experience in kitchen work or catering is a plus, but not required. Just a passion for creating good quality products
Help with food production tasks like dough preparation, portioning and ingredient measurement using basic math skills
Provide friendly customer service
Use your barista skills to make specialty coffees
Strong time management and multi tasking abilities
Show your creative side through cake decorating
Assist in cleanup and be able to lift 50 pound bags of ingredients
Room for advancement and increased wages
