Senior Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid or Remote, based in Ohio Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 About the Opportunity This is a confidential search on behalf of the agency. We're building a pipeline of strong Senior .NET Developer candidates ahead of an anticipated opening. What You'll Do Develop custom code aligned to established information architecture, design, and technical specifications Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: architects, front-end and mobile developers, QA, business analysts, DBAs, and IT staff Contribute to project estimates, scopes, and technical/functional specifications Participate in solution brainstorming and identify the best approach to meet client needs Support information and technical architecture decisions Help build test plans, run QA, and document/resolve issues Help non-technical partners understand the technical implications of complex client requests Stay current on emerging technologies and share what you learn with the team Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high quality standards What You Need (Required) 5+ years of development experience with proven success delivering digital, web, or mobile solutions Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, MVC, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience with .NET-based CMS/DXP platforms Experience with Git and SQL databases Demonstrated ability to accurately scope and estimate development work Experience across the full development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery Strong communication skills, including proactively flagging delays, blockers, or scope issues Comfortable managing shifting requirements and tight deadlines without dropping quality or missing dates Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
