This role is ideal for an experienced critical care nurse who is confident managing high-acuity patients, recognizes subtle changes in condition, and can respond quickly when patient status changes. You’ll work alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. What You'll Do As a CVICU RN, your responsibilities will include: Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients. Continuously monitor patient condition and recognize changes requiring intervention. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity cardiovascular patients. Administer medications, therapies, and treatments within your scope of practice. Monitor patient response to medications, treatments, and clinical interventions. Recognize and promptly communicate significant changes in patient condition.
