Senior ServiceNow Developer

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with at least 8 years of experience, a masters degree with at least 6 years of experience, or equivalent subsequent work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. citizenship and Green Card.
• At least 6 years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise-level environment.
• Experience customizing, administering, and configuring ServiceNow.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture (formerly APM), HTML, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal in ServiceNow, as well as CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with WSD and Now Assist modules.
• Functional knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Experience creating and customizing core applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Service Catalog Automation System/Process Automation (Orchestration).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications and adapting established methods to solve complex problems.
• Ability to plan resource requirements based on high-level specifications.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.
• Excellent documentation skills and a solution-driven approach.

• Develop, design, configure, and release application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow technical solutions for internal employees.
• Configure and customize software, including flows, administration, reports, data imports, integrations, custom scripts, and third-party software connections.
• Build integrations and automate processes between ServiceNow and other services using APIs and data integration methods.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog items and Knowledge Bases.
• Collaborate with the IT Service Management team and stakeholders across IT and the business.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions and architect integrations using LDAP, single sign-on, MID Servers, web services, email, and internal applications and technologies.
• Help size the application for future growth and scalability.
• Perform technical configurations, application maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Design application security and oversee data security.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow configuration and other technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the platform.
• Help maintain configuration items (CIs) and ensure the CMDB is accurate and complete.
