Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with and understand each client’s individual circumstances will be essential in forming effective treatment plans that respect their unique cultural, social, and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) from an accredited institution.

• Currently active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience supporting individuals navigating emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport and sustain trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
