What You'll Do

As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by creating an elevated experience for every prospect and resident.

Deliver an Exceptional Luxury Experience

• Welcome every prospect and resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Conduct engaging, personalized tours that showcase the lifestyle and luxury amenities our community offers.
• Build strong relationships while helping prospects find the perfect apartment home.
• Follow up promptly with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the leasing process.

Drive Leasing Success

• Convert prospects into residents through outstanding customer service and relationship-building.
• Execute strategic follow-up using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Maintain current knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features.
• Assist in achieving occupancy and leasing goals.

Create "Raving Fans"

• Deliver concierge-level service during every interaction.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events.
• Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of The Montrose and LUMA Residential.

Support Marketing & Community Outreach

• Assist with social media, outreach marketing, and resident referral programs.
• Help maintain the model, clubhouse, and leasing office to luxury presentation standards.
• Represent the community professionally both on-site and within the local market.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys helping people and understands that luxury customer service is all about the details.

You'll be successful if you:

• Have at least one year of customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or leasing experience
• Luxury apartment leasing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train exceptional customer service professionals
• Have a polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand
• Communicate confidently and professionally with a diverse clientele
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment
• Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Are bilingual (Spanish/English) (preferred but not required)

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Professional appearance aligned with luxury community standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work Saturdays
