Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria)

Salary Range: $92,000 - $102,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Bonuses: $5,000 sign-on bonus and production bonuses

Job ResponsibilitiesYour First 30–60 Days

• Structured onboarding with defined expectations
• Collaborative treatment and case discussions alongside the Clinic Director
• Gradual transition to full independence—no abrupt challenges
• Initial focus on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and effective patient communication

What You Will Do

• Assess and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Guide patients through exercises, movement retraining, and progressive loading
• Utilize manual therapy when it significantly enhances outcomes
• Make informed clinical decisions rather than merely adhering to protocols
• Document efficiently during work hours—no need for after-hours notes

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn
• Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehabilitation
