Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle patient calls on multi-line phones in a professional, courteous manner

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments efficiently

• Register new patients and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical system

• Provide clear communication and accurate information to patients

• Keep provider schedules up to date

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Flexibly adapt to meet business needs

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all patient information

What We're Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant training preferred

Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Tech Savvy: Demonstrated computer proficiency

Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency preferred

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and sit for extended periods
