Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based setting near Plantersville, TX! This contract position is flexible, offering the option to provide services onsite or through teletherapy, allowing you to balance your preferred work environment with meaningful clinical practice.

You’ll play a vital role in helping young learners develop their communication and language skills, working with a caseload of approximately 90 elementary-aged students. Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow (CFY), your expertise will be valued and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Valid state licensure and/or eligibility for state certification.
• Open to SLP-CCC professionals and SLP-CFY candidates.
• Proficient in delivering therapy onsite, via teletherapy (VOCO), or both.
• Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.
• Comfort with typical elementary caseload and diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each student.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to a positive school environment.
• Use digital resources and technology platforms effectively in teletherapy sessions, if remote.
