Floor Tech Supervisor - Clean Team Inc. Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Weekends: As Needed
Reports To: Area Manager Join the Clean Team Family!Clean Team Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Floor Tech Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning operations. This position is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and providing excellent service to our customers. As a Floor Tech Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning staff during assigned shifts, ensure work is completed correctly, and help create a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with team members, management, and clients to make sure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning staff during scheduled shifts
• Train, coach, and assist team members as needed
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety procedures
• Address employee performance and attendance concerns
• Communicate effectively with management and clients
• Assist with cleaning and floor care duties when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, floor care, or cleaning experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate, support, and lead a team by example
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
