Nonprofit high-quality high-volume (HQHV) spay/neuter clinic is seeking a clinic
manager who is excited about making a significant impact in a fast-growing community
drowning in homeless cats and dogs.

Clinic opening date is Sept. 15, 2026.

Clinic manager is responsible for overall operations of the clinic office and maintains all
aspects of client scheduling. Maintains complete and accurate records of clinic patients;
maintains surgery schedule; interacts with clients including individuals, shelters, and
rescues; and trains and supervises clinic volunteers. Works closely with the
veterinarians and other clinic staff. Candidate should be a highly motivated, enthusiastic
self-starter with a professional attitude.

Requirements include:
 Oversee online booking to ensure that system is set up and working properly.
Reply to any emails regarding booking.
 Manage booking schedule through software and ensures proper number of
animals are booked daily, in coordination with veterinarian.
 Ensure complete and accurate records exist for all patients, including rabies
certificates, go-home paperwork, and medical records.
 Participate in check in/out of patients.
 Answer clinic phones, return messages, forward messages to appropriate staff in
a timely manner.
 Maintain accounts receivables for all owner and volume clients.
 Inventory and order office supplies.
 Create monthly reports on operations to include declined surgeries, no-shows,
and A/R.
 Train and supervise clinic volunteers and/or clinic medical staff (when working in
the office area)
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact list of volume clients
 Demonstrate proficiency with Mac and PC platforms, as well as Microsoft Office.
 Master basic veterinary medical concepts including but not limited to vaccine
protocols and anesthetic risks. Communicate basic veterinary concepts to
owners and be able to repeat information relayed by a veterinarian.
 Experience managing a vet office is a big plus.
 Experience with high-volume spay/neuter is a big plus.
