Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and people-focused Client Services Coordinator to support client communication, service requests, and day-to-day coordination activities. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys helping people, managing details, researching information, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate support. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner Communicate with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences Research available services and options based on client requests Assist clients with service details, updates, and routine requests Coordinate information and arrangements with service providers as needed Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience Follow up when additional information, confirmation, or action is required Review service information for accuracy and completeness Maintain accurate and organized client records Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important information Assist with routine changes, questions, and service concerns Identify missing information and take appropriate follow-up action Build positive client relationships through responsive communication and reliable follow-through Support a smooth and organized client experience from initial request through completion Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities Comfortable researching information and comparing available options Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach Comfortable working with online systems and digital communication tools Comfortable learning new systems and processes Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively Reliable follow-through and problem-solving skills Previous experience in customer service, client services, coordination, hospitality, administration, or a related field is helpful but not required Training & Support Remote work environment Structured initial training Ongoing role-specific training Access to online tools and resources Normal text size, bold section labels only, bullets underneath.
