• Coordinate event logistics- Work with the Activation  Manager to manage communication between clients, sales, and park teams to ensure all planning details are executed to exceed client expectations.  

• Manage day of execution- Oversee the actual event, supervising support teams and addressing client issues or requests.  

• Support Sponsorships- Assist in executing in-park sponsorships to align with national and regional agreements.  

• Maintain Communication:  Serve as the  central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
