Your Role Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more thorough evaluations

* Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and assist them through the hiring journey

* Keep precise and updated records in our application tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the appointments set, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your initiatives
