We’re looking for a Behavioral Health Technician to join our operations team, who wants to make a real difference while working in a meaningful, mission‑driven environment. Schedule Hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts! Some weekend and holiday availability required. 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm What You’ll Do Provide transportation to clients on an individual and group level, including to appointments, to/from the airport, and group outings. Complete the intake process when clients arrive to treatment (including going through consent forms, giving a facility tour, and answering questions). Conduct routine vitals and wellness checks and document client progress. Be a calm, compassionate presence in emergencies or moments of need. Participate in group activities and client engagement when appropriate. What You Bring A high school diploma or GED (required), and at least 18 years old. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. CPR & First Aid certified—or willing to get certified. Experience or strong interest in addiction recovery or human services. The ability to pass a background check and drug screen. A passion for helping others heal!
