Since 1961, Roberson Motors has been serving the Salem and surrounding communities. We are a full service, Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram dealership, servicing all makes and models. Roberson Motors is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of customers.
Career minded individuals needed for a first class technician position at Roberson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located in Salem, OR. We are looking for experienced technicians to join our industry leading service team! We are a high volume shop growing and in need of technicians. Job Details:
- Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to service advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay inline with rapidly changing technology
Job Requirements:
- Automotive technician experience required.
- Diesel technician experience a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift at least 30Ibs, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces as needed.
- A valid driver's license
