At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals who want to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our Home Health Aides are an essential part of helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
We are growing our care team and currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/PCAs) throughout all of Oswego County, NY . If you are dependable, compassionate, and enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Competitive hourly rate: $18–$22 per hour

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will work directly with clients in their homes, providing the everyday assistance and personal support they need to remain comfortable and independent.
Your responsibilities include:
Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and daily support
Giving medication reminders
Reporting changes to the care team
Helping maintain a safe home environment
