Schedule & Pay Part Time Evening: Varies during week and every other weekend

LPN: $43.45 - $46.79

RN: $49.58 - $58.88

Practice high standards of nursing care and implement nursing department policies and procedures. Provide resident‑directed services that honor individual lifestyles and preferences. Promote Corwin Center as a home for the resident. Consult with attending physicians for treatments, medications, rehabilitation, etc. Notify attending physicians, family members and neighborhood team when there is a change in resident’s condition. Complete medication and treatment passes in accordance with state regulation and facility policy. Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies and chartings. Provide leadership with coaching and mentoring to neighborhood team and supervise NACs’ daily tasks and routine care of residents. Assist nursing assistant staff in providing direct care when needed and actively answer resident‑initiated call light service requests. Create and maintain an atmosphere of personal interest and positive calm environment throughout all neighborhoods. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Current, unencumbered Washington State RN license. Food Handler’s permit, CPR and First Aid. AED or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Willing to seek out new methods and principles, incorporating them into existing nursing practices. Regular, dependable and reliable attendance. Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision.
