Job Description Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN to provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical Surgical unit. The nurse will support patient recovery and assist in maintaining smooth unit operations. Responsibilities:

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and health management.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standards.
- Current and active LVN or LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- Proficient in electronic health record systems and documentation.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
