Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00–$20.00/hr. based on experience

What’s a typical day as Press Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating manufacturing equipment and following standard operating procedures with precision
• Accurately reading and executing work order instructions to meet daily production goals
• Recording essential data such as part counts, batch numbers, lot numbers, cure details, and scrap amounts
• Identifying production waste and suggesting improvements for a more efficient operation
• Loading, using, storing, and identifying tooling correctly for each project
• Ensuring proper packaging and labeling of finished materials
• Keeping accurate labor, production, and process records
• Maintaining a clean and organized work cell and shop area as part of shared housekeeping duties
• Following all safety guidelines and supporting shop standards set by your supervisor

 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bring at least one year of experience in a related manufacturing or production role (preferred)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time-management, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
• Are comfortable working in active shop conditions including dust, fumes, and odors
• Can stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout your shift
