ACHD Nurse Specialist 4x10s, Milwaukee

Children’s Wisconsin’s Herma Heart Institute seeks an Adult Congenital Heart Nurse for the ACHD program in Milwaukee. The nurse will be paired with a provider and support both ACHD and pediatric clinics, including a transition program for older youth.

Hours are four 10-hour days, 7am–5pm, with no weekends or holidays. Requires a BSN, 3–4 years nursing experience, BLS/CPR, and ACLS within the first year. Cardiac and adult experience are highly preferred.
