Overview This opportunity is for dermatologists who want to practice independently while receiving structured operational support for non‑clinical business functions. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity; MedCBO provides the administrative infrastructure. The role is not an employed physician position. Responsibilities Provide clinical care within the dermatology specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in dermatology. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not a salary.
