RN - ICU

Travel ICU RN

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required.

The Travel ICU RN will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. The role requires floating to telemetry units as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' health status in the ICU.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on health conditions and care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Cerner experience preferred.
• Experience with open heart surgery and Impella devices preferred.
