Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 12 ECE units with 3 infant ECE's
• 1 year previous experience working with preschool-aged children and/or infants preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive learning atmosphere.
