Job Details

Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)

Pay: $35-$42/hr DOE + Overtime

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Diagnose issues involving motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and controls
Support fabrication projects using welding and machining equipment
Work with PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability

Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and conveyors
MIG and Stick welding experience
PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience preferred
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
