Assistant Deputy Administrator for Office of Stockpile Production Integration

US National Nuclear Security Administration

The Office of Stockpile Production & Integration (SP&I) develops, manages, and directs the planning, execution, and oversight of the production sustainment, integration, safety, and quality and nuclear weapon cyberspace surety activities to assure the nuclear security enterprise is meeting nuclear weapon‑related national defense requirements and optimizing production operations well into the future. All candidates are required to be committed to improving the efficiency of the Federal government, passionate about the ideals of our American republic, and devoted to upholding the rule of law and the United States Constitution. Qualifications To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, applicants must provide evidence of the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) and Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQ). Resumes shall be limited to two pages and contain examples of experience, education, and accomplishments applicable to the required qualifications. Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) MTQ 1: Professional knowledge of nuclear weapon production enterprise, including production requirements, capacities, capabilities, quality, health, materials, technologies, and methods related to the Defense Programs mission. MTQ 2: Knowledge and experience in analyzing program‑budgetary relationships as they relate to multi‑year activities to plan, estimate, and modify multi‑year appropriated funds for the Nation’s strategic defense programs. Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) Commitment to the Rule of Law and the Principles of the American Founding: Demonstrated knowledge of the American system of government and commitment to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law. Driving Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage resources strategically, budget effectively, cut wasteful spending, and pursue efficiency through process and technology upgrades. Merit and Competence: Demonstrated technical competence to produce work of exceptional quality reliably. Leading People: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a group toward meeting the organization’s vision, mission, and goals, and to build a high‑performance, high‑accountability culture. Achieving Results: Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and organizational results and align results to stated goals from superiors. Applicants who are members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or have been certified through an OPM‑approved SES Candidate Development Program or have SES reinstatement eligibility may attach proof of eligibility for noncompetitive appointment to the SES instead of responding to the ECQs. #J-18808-Ljbffr US National Nuclear Security Administration
