Practice Support Coordinator

Stanbrick Dental Services is a growing, locally based dental organization with 10 locations across the Denver metro area. We are looking for a full-timePractice SupportCoordinator to join our team! This role is Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You’ll provide non-clinicaloffice support in various capacities such as front office coordination, treatmentpresentation,and hygiene schedulingat different practice locations in the Denver Metro Area as needed. What You’ll Do In-Office: Greet and welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phone calls and help direct patient inquiries Check patients in and out efficiently Collect payments at the time of service Treatment presentation, scheduling, and follow-up Respond to calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner Follow up on marketing leads to schedule new patient appointments across all locations Reach out to unscheduled hygiene patients and help get them booked What We’re Looking For Previous dental experience required; in multiple roles preferred Ability to travel to different offices as needed Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and able to connect easily with patients Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems A team player who enjoys being part of a positive workplace Benefits Competitive pay: $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience 100% company-paid health insurance for employees, with options to add family or upgrade coverage Generous PTO and 9 paid holidays 401(k) with 4% company match Dental coverage starting on day one for you and your immediate family Peer recognition program to celebrate wins #J-18808-Ljbffr Stanbrick Dental Services
