Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Iowa City, IA. This role supports daily operations by helping prepare equipment and materials, organizing tools and supplies, and assisting with scheduling and documentation. The Assistant may help with basic data entry, filing, and record keeping, as well as communication with team members and customers as directed. Responsibilities can include maintaining a clean and safe work area, checking inventory levels, and supporting equipment loading and unloading. The Assistant works closely with supervisors and technicians to ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company safety standards. Qualifications Ability to support day‑to‑day operational tasks, including organizing materials, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining records. Basic computer skills for data entry, email communication, and use of simple office software. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established procedures safely and accurately. Effective communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, technicians, and customers. Physical ability to perform on‑site tasks, such as lifting moderate weights, standing for periods of time, and working in outdoor environments as needed. Reliable transportation to the Iowa City, IA worksite and consistent punctuality. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in an operations, agricultural, or field‑support role is a plus.
