Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP state license and current Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
• Familiarity with caseload management and IEP documentation processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary school students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for coordinated support
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in student support meetings, case management, and multidisciplinary teams
