This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist committed to student development and communication success. The position is based onsite and spans the school year, offering meaningful interaction with students and a supportive educational team.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP state license and current Educator Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
- Familiarity with caseload management and IEP documentation processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary school students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for coordinated support
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in student support meetings, case management, and multidisciplinary teams
This assignment follows the school calendar from August 3, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with consistent hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3 PM. Thrive in a collaborative atmosphere where your expertise helps young learners reach their full potential.
