Order Fulfillment AssociatePryor Warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking and preparing items based on bills of materials (BOMs) or customer orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview bills of materials (BOMs) or customer orders to determine required itemsLocate and retrieve materials from designated stock locationsVerify part numbers, quantities, and accuracy of picked itemsUpdate records to reflect picked inventoryReport any inventory discrepancies or shortagesAssist with regular inventory cycle countsPackage picked items securely in accordance with company standardsApply shipping labels and required documentationInspect parts for defects or damage before packagingReport quality issues to supervisor or quality control personnelFollow all safety protocols and warehouse proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in warehouse or stockroom operations preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy itemsBasic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems is a plusExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to prioritize and work independentlyWillingness to work overtime as requiredThis position operates within a production warehouse environment.
